Payment
Various payment methods are available for our customers’ comfort: both cash and cashless.
Cash
Pay for your orders with cash at all our stores or upon delivery, also, when collecting your orders from Nova Poshta depots.
The payment is in UAH only.
You get a receipt as a payment confirmation.
Credit card online payment
Visa, MasterCard и Maestro are accepted.
You can pay with credit card in all regions of Ukraine, including Kyiv and Kyiv oblast.
During online order check-out, please select Credit card online payment.
Payment via a credit card
This method of payment is available only upon delivery within the Kyiv city area.
When placing an order online, select Payment via a credit card terminal. Your preferred method of payment will be specified by our manager during order verification.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards.
Payment is made via a credit card terminal upon delivery.
All the necessary documentation will be delivered to you by the courier together with your order.
Privat24
This method of payment is available for customers from all regions of Ukraine, including Kyiv and Kyiv oblast.
When placing an order online, please select Privat24.
After you have pressed the Order button, you will automatically be transferred to the Privat24 official site. After authorization, you will be redirected to the payment page. Here you’ll see your order total. You can also choose the credit card to use with your transaction (if you have more than one). Enter the code, sent to your mobile phone, to verify the payment. Press the Pay button to finalize the payment.
Cash on delivery
This method of payment is available only if you want your order to be delivered by the Nova Poshta courier delivery service.
When placing an order online, please select Cash on delivery. Your preferred method of payment will be specified by our manager during order verification.
The item(s) is (are) shipped after the payment method has been verified.
All the necessary documentation will be delivered to you together with your order as part of the Nova Poshta express delivery service.
Attention! When you place an order “cash on delivery”, the cost of the service is 2% of the order value and 20 UAH for processing documents. This service is paid by the recipient of the parcel.
