Delivery within Kiev is made by our courier on the amount of the order 3000 UAH. Delivery is free.

Items in stock are shipped on the day or next day after purchase, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Each item is hand delivered only. Our agent will demonstrate to you the integrity of each item upon delivery.

We value your time!

Therefore you can now choose your preferred time frame of delivery. Arrange it with the manager during your order check-out.

Delivery by Nova Poshta of the order amount 3000 UAH is free.

Also in Kiev, you can use the service "Pickup from stores."

Our online store cooperates with the Nova Poshta courier service. Available are the “Depot-to-Depot” and “Door-to-Door” delivery services. Items can be delivered to any location throughout Ukraine.

On average, all items are delivered between 1-3 days. During order-checkout and before your items are shipped, our managers will coordinate with you on a preferred date of delivery.

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Delivery of the order amount 4500 UAH is free.

For orders over 10,000 UAH – a 100% deposit is required prior to shipment.

Your order can be collected from any Posudmeister store. We advise you to arrange your visit in advance.

We accept cash and non-cash payments, as well as all major credit cards.

Purchased items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after purchase.

The item(s) you wish to return or exchange must be in perfect condition (re-saleable), unaltered and in their original undamaged packaging (including the labels, tags, seals and other protective elements). Remember to include the original delivery or order confirmation note. The return is impossible if the item(s) has (have) been in use, altered or damaged.

In order to return an item (items), please take it (them) to one of the Posudmeister stores.

In order to exchange an item (items), please take it (them) to one of the Posudmeister stores to make an exchange. Please note: in-store exchanges are subject to stock availability.

All disputes between the parties are resolved according to the Ukrainian customer protection law.
